As a High School Senior, I have come into the possession right to use of a car. It’s a ‘99 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and gets like 12 miles per gallon. It also has a CD player, which I sometimes use to play CDs, and at other times use to hold CDs when I don’t have a jewel case (actually, I’ve never done that).

The problem with the CD player is that it scratches CDs. I think it has to do something with the car moving around and disc getting off balance, but after a week or two my brand new All American Rejects CD started to skip. Visual inspection confirmed damage. I carefully re-ripped all the CDs I kept in my car to my computer, and then put them back in their jewel cases, where they will live happily ever after.

The ripped MP3s got burnt to CD-Rs, which live in my car. I don’t care if those get scratched, because I can re-burn them from my original copies. CD-Rs are wicked boring though, so I had to make some sweet drawings on the front of them. Contained within? Said sweet drawings.
